Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James Win NBA Championship.

Cleveland Cavaliers Win First Ever NBA Title, LeBron James Named MVP

Cleveland is cursed no longer! LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers have finally brought home a NBA championship to “The Land,” and fans couldn’t be happier.

Cleveland Cavaliers Win First Ever NBA Title

LeBron James revealed that he promised the Cleveland fans that he would bring a title back to the city/state, and on Sunday night, he delivered on the promise.

James and the Cavs defied the odds and came back from a devastating Golden State 3-1 lead to do something no NBA team has ever done before.

LeBron James and Kyrie Irving lead the charge for their team to win three straight games against Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and the rest of the Golden State Warriors.

LeBron lead both teams in all the big categories including points scored, assists, blocks, and steals, and with his leadership, carried the team on his back to win the Cavs’ first ever NBA title, and Cleveland’s first championship in 52 years, ending the long and hard drought for fans in Ohio.

LeBron James Breaks The Cleveland Curse, Named MVP

James was overcome with emotion when the final buzzer sounded indicating that his lifelong goal of bringing the trophy home to Cleveland had been met. He and his teammates cried, laughed, and partied the night away until landing back in Ohio early Monday afternoon.

When their airplane landed at the airport, thousands of Cavalier fans were there waiting for their team, and the guys didn’t disappoint. Wearing a shirt that said “Ultimate Warrior,” (Possibly a dig at Golden State?) LeBron James hoisted the championship trophy over his head as a huge group of fans chanted “MVP,” which LeBron was, is, and always will be in the hearts of his loyal Ohio fanbase.

The Golden State Warriors may have made history in the regular season, but the Cleveland Cavaliers made history when it counted the most, in the post season, and Sunday’s NBA Finals Game 7 will forever go down as one of the best games in the history of basetball.
