Lisa Marie Presley recently sat down with NBC’s Today show in a shocking new interview candidly speaking out about some of the toughest moments in her life including her battle with drug addiction according to Radar Online.

“I’ve come a long way.” As previously reported, Lisa Marie Presley‘s divorce battle with fourth husband Michael Lockwood has been very grueling and challenging for her. Lisa, normally very quiet and reserved has been forced to publicly admit some very personal details of her life in court.
Lisa Marie Presley has also come clean in the court docs about her drug problems. LMP reveals that she was “abusing cocaine Terribly” during the last three years of her marriage to Lockwood.
She also details her attempts to get clean, stating she went to Mexico three, or four times to rehab. However, cocaine has not been Lisa’s only drug problems. She also reveals that she had an addiction to prescription pain pills, and often combined them with alcohol.
“I had to go to rehab several times. I was a mess. I couldn’t stop,” she said in the bombshell documents obtained by Radar. “The last year of our marriage, I was abusing cocaine terribly,” Presley said. “It was bad, yeah.”
Lisa Marie now admits that today she is sober and lucky to be alive. Lisa Marie added that even her therapist believes she’s a miracle and doesn’t know how she’s still alive.
“I’m not perfect, my father wasn’t perfect, no one’s perfect. It’s what you do with it after you learn—and then you try to help others with it,” she
said.
When speaking of her late father Elvis Presley, Lisa admits that she wishes that her father was with her today. Lisa Marie Presley reveals she has battled some incredibly hard times since her father’s death, the addiction, issues between herself and her mom, Priscilla Presley, financial difficulties, and bad marriages have all been par for the course for the 50-year-old.
