Britney Spears needs protection according to a new report from TMZ claiming that her mom Lynne Spears is making moves to get into court quick with her lawyers. Lynne Spears feels that she needs to step in as soon as possible in order to protect Britney Spears conservatorship case. Lynne has filed the proper paperwork asking the judge proceeding over her daughter’s case to make sure that her lawyer has a chance to argue her case.
It appears that Lynne just wants to be included in her daughter’s treatment plan working with Britney Spear’s dad Jamie. Over the years it has been a very sensitive subject for Britney’s parents to discuss. But, Lynne is tired of being pushed aside and wants an equal say in the decision making when it comes to her eldest child.
Britney has suffered on and off with mental issues for the past several years. She has also been in an ongoing battle with ex-Kevin Federline over the custody agreement and child support payments for her two sons. Along with all of that and attempting to keep a successful music career in check things tend to get very overwhelming from time to time for the “Hit Me One More Time” singer.
Sadly, according to the celebrity news site, Britney is not doing well following her recent 30-day stay a the mental health facility. Last month Britney’s medication that she had been prescribed suddenly stopped working. She checked in to the facility to rest and give doctors a chance to find the right combination of drugs.
“Britney is making bad decisions and it’s a problem.” according to a source close to Britney Spears’ family situation. The problem between Lynne and Jamie reportedly comes because Lynne is just not feeling that Jamie is keeping their daughter’s best interest as a top priority and she feels that if she could have her say and input hood they could reach an amicable solution at results in the best outcome for Britney in the long run.
