Jenelle Evans family life just keeps getting messier and messier as each day passes. Since Jenelle Evans and David Eason lost custody of all of their children they have been fighting it out in court in hopes to regain custody.
Jenelle Evans son Kaiser has been handed over to his father Nathan, while Jenelle’s other two children Jace and Ensley are being cared for by Jenelle’s mom Barbara Evans.
According to Radar Online reports Barb is having the time of her life and has finally gotten her biggest wish…To have custody of both of Jenelle’s kids. Jace has been in Barb’s care for several years, but Ensley was just turned over to Barb last week.
As previously reported all hell broke loose within Jenelle’s world earlier this month after David Eason brutally beat and shot the family pet Nugget dead after the animal allegedly snapped at 2-year-old Ensley.
Evans took her kids and left David, but returned a couple of days later after Eason told Jenelle he needed help with his anger management, offered to go to counseling and to seek employment.
Evans took the bait and returned home to get the news that MTV had fired her from her longtime stint on the reality series “Teen Mom 2.” The next kick in the gut for Jenelle came when CPS decided to get involved and removed the children from the home and away from David Eason’s violent and explosive temper.
The couple, who now claim to be standing united and working on their marriage has been to court a number of times with no luck in hopes of regaining custody.
Today Jenelle’s mom delivered another blow by posting on her Instagram photos of Ensley having the time of her life playing on the beach sporting an adorable swimsuit and happily playing with Jenelle Evans’ brother Colin.
It did not take long at all before Teen Mom 2 fans began commenting on how happy and well adjusted Ensley appears to be away from David Eason and Jenelle Evans’ chaotic homelife.
Jenelle Evans also posted photos of her children commenting that she was unable to visit with them over the weekend due to being ill. However, it is alleged that Jenelle Evans is not allowed to see the kids…If David Eason is with her.
Obviously, Jenelle Evans is once again putting her troubled husband before her children. Eason and Evans are due back in court on Tuesday and are hoping that this custody battle with be resolved once and for all. However, it appears as if the judge is not falling for Jenelle and David’s lines and is going above and beyond to ensure that these children remain in a safe environment.
