Looking for a scary Halloween show for Thursday night? Put the kids to bed scarf down some candy and tune in to the Ghost Adventures Halloween Special Investigation of the real-life “Conjuring House.”

Now that the real “Conjuring House” in Rhode Island has been purchased and opened up for live tours Zak Bagan and the “Ghost Adventures” wanted to investigate it first and will air on Halloween night(Thursday) on the Travel Channel.

In a new 2-hour Halloween Special the Ghost Adventures crew will tour the home of the Perron family. Horror fans will remember their terrifying experiences were based on the hit film “The Conjuring.”

According to Bloody Disgusting.com the house was built back in 1736 and is reportedly haunted by the ghostly spirit of a woman named Bathsheba Sherman. The Perron home is slated one of the scariest and most terrifying places in the world according to famed paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.

Zak Bagan reminded horror-loving fans to check the show that airs this Thursday on Twitter stating that the “Curse of the Harrisonville Farmhouse” left an eternal mark on each of the Ghost Aventures crew that “they will never forget.”

Bagan also stated according to ShowbizAce.com that the investigation left him very ill and not himself.

He said, “I was extremely ill, very sick, for about three weeks after that. I wasn’t myself, albeit I was on a long trip. There were things going on with me that just seemed out of the norm. It really, I believe, made me sick. I had anxiety and panic levels that were just so unusual. Just that feeling of sickness. I didn’t look like myself. I didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t wanna be around anybody.”

Bagans clarified, “I never felt possessed, but I felt like something was drawing the life out of me.”

Ghost Adventures fans will also remember Bagan suffering from an extreme experience last Halloween during the shows live special in which the ghost hunters were supposed to open the haunted Dybbuk Box inside his Haunted Museum located in Las Vegas. However, circumstances leading up the Dybbuk Box opening four-hours later found that Bagan had become too ill to open the box fearing the worst should they continue.

Hopefully this year’s special will end on a more satisfying note for viewers. All in all the show should make for interesting entertainment to wrap up your Halloween festivities.

“Ghost Adventures “Curse of the Harrisonville Farmhouse” airs Thursday at 9 pm on the Travel Channel.
