Teen Mom Jenelle Evans’ divorce drama from husband David Eason continues to grow. David Eason revealed to social media followers on Wednesday he has removed his wedding ring following Jenelle obtaining a temporary restraining order, according to The Blast.
David Eason posted on his Instagram stories earlier today that he was removing his wedding ring in what seems like a cry for sympathy. Eason posted an up-close photo of his ring finger with the caption “I guess I can take this off now…”
As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Jenelle was granted a temporary restraining order for herself and the children against David after revealing years of physical and verbal abuse at the hands of Eason.
On October 31st Jenelle shared with fans that she had begun the divorce process. It has been reported that Jenelle has also revealed that David Eason has abused her at least 11 times in the past two years.
Jenelle also stated in the court documents that David has been making threats since she left.“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,” Jenelle wrote, adding that there have been at least 11 alleged incidents of physical and verbal abuse from David in the two years they’ve been married.
Evans also detailed one incident of abuse concerning her son Kaiser. Jenelle claims David deliberately locked Kaiser in a running car, and refused to allow him to get out.
“While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser,” Jenelle wrote. Evans went on to detail another incident that took place in October revealing threats Eason made when Jenelle and the kids had gone out of town.
In the documents, Jenelle claims that David responded by sending her a photo of a man.
“This is your new boyfriend. I’m going to break his neck and feed you his head,” Jenelle claims David texted her, later threatening, “My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this.”
It has been no secret over the years that Teen Mom fans, as well as co-stars and producers from the MTV reality series, have believed David Eason’s erratic behavior to have been a problem.
Jenelle Eason also hopes that since she is taking steps to end her marriage to David Eason that MTV execs will re-hire her back at Teen Mom 2 so that she may continue to support her family.
Jenelle Evans and David Eason are due in court later this month. Sadly, it appears as if Jenelle will have a long and troubled road ahead to finally rid herself of her troubled and abusive life with David Eason.
