‘1883’: Season Finale Spoilers, Will Fans Say Goodbye To A Major Character?

‘1883’ spoilers are becoming a hot topic today, especially since ‘1883’ is quickly approaching the Season 1 finale, Fans are rapidly growing worried about the outcome of the season finale. It has been a hard road for the Dutton’s and the wagon train. We have already come to see a couple of fan-favorite characters come and go in the 9-short episodes so far this season.

Now as season one of ‘1883′ is due to come to a close on February 27, 2022, fans are wondering if we will lose a beloved main character at the close of episode 10? During episode 9 which airs on February 20, 2022, on Paramount fans will be receiving some disturbing news per Matt&Jess. If you have yet to catch up, you may want to take a pass on moving forward at this point.

 ‘1883’ Spoilers ahead!

It has been a long and dangerous journey thus far for the Dutton family and the wagon train. They have faced many dangers. In every episode, anxious fans have watched on as the group has courageously battled one obstacle after the next, sadly losing more and more group members along the way.

Viewers have either grown to loathe or love Elsa Dutton. It is more than obvious she is a hard-headed and determined young woman. Many times throughout the season she comes across as somewhat disrespectful and bratty.

However, over the course viewers have watched as she has developed her character into a likable and heroic cowboy along the way. Elsa is young and reckless at times. She falls in love at the drop of a hat.

Elsa Dutton’s End In Sight On ‘1883’

But is her time in 1883 coming to an end? In episode 9 we see that Elsa picks up from where the first episode story begins. She is shot by an arrow. She is st the time being still alive, but things are not always as they appear.

Elsa (Isabel May) is being nursed back to health by her mother after the arrow that is shot through her abdomen is removed. Her father James, (Tim McGraw) sadly tells her mother Margaret (Faith Hill) to expect their daughter’s death.

James tells Margaret that wherever they must bury their daughter is where they will call home. Perhaps, Montana aka The Dutton ranch?  Fans are seemingly confused by the turn of events that could leave us without young Elsa’s adventures in Season 2.

There are a few questions being fans are asking about Elsa’s potential outcome. Some believe that Elsa will survive the near-death experience allowing her to reunite with her Comanche husband Sam.
