Kate Major has been sentenced to 8-months in jail after pleading guilty to DUI in court early Monday morning.
The former girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan‘s father, Michael Lohan, Kate Major was taken straight to jail in Palm Beach this today after pleading guilty to a DUI arrest that took place in March of this year.
Kate Major will serve time
This year’s DUI arrest triggered a probation violation that was stemming from Kate Major’s previous 2012 battery case in Boca Raton where she allegedly attacked a police officer.
The judge was not very happy to see Kate Major and threw the book at her after her plea revoking Major’s probation and sentencing her to 8-months in jail.

Major was given 70 days credit for time previously served and began serving her sentence effect today, when she was hauled out of the courtroom and sent straight to jail.

Major and Gosselin split and Kate moved on to another highly public and turbulent relationship with Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael Lohan. Major and Lohan welcomed a son together in 2013.
