‘Shameless’ Season 6, the Showtime hit comedy-drama is set to return on Sunday, January 10 at 9 p.m. in what has been described by fans as the most shocking and dysfunctional season to date. Frank Gallagher goes off the wall at cemetery
Episode one, of ‘Shameless‘ Season 6 entitled, “I Only Miss Her When I’m Breathing finds the Gallaghers picking right up where they left off in season 5 with Frank suffering major depression over the loss of his “soulmate” Bianca. Frank is suffering such a loss that he visits Bianca’s grave constantly, even making it a point to sleep on the ground, nightly, with Bianca’s clothes to feel closer to her. Things take a strange turn when Frank imagines having sex with her and begins to pleasure himself on her grave before being caught by the cemetery groundskeeper.
Has Fiona lost all control?
As for the rest of the family, Fiona, who has separated from her new husband Gus is carrying on a mad affair with her boss, Sean Pierce (Dermot Mulroney.) Fiona continues to have her hands full with Debs who tells her she is pregnant with her teenage boyfriend’s baby forcing her to go to the clinic to find out for sure. Things get hairy for the young couple from then on.
Lip continues to carry on his college affair with his professor. Ian has decided that he wants to steer clear of Mickey and change that part of his life by not wanting to visit him in prison, which does not last long.
Last but not least Carl returns home from juvie being released early on (hard to believe) good behavior. But Carl is a completely different kid now that he has done a hard time, and Fi has a hunch that Carl could be headed straight for more trouble as he begins running with the same crowd and drug dealers that sent him down the wrong path to begin with.
