We’re counting down TV’s hottest actors in 2016
TV fans not only tune in to watch their favorite characters get themselves in and out of trouble on their favorite shows, but they also watch weekly to see their favorite actors and actresses. Some of these actors happen to be some of the best looking people on the planet. So, we’ve compiled a list of the ten hottest actors who were on TV in 2016. We hope you agree.
10. Sam Heughan (Outlander)
Sam Heughan plays the hunky, strong, and courageous Jamie Fraser on the Starz hit series “Outlander.” Sam hails from Scotland much like his on-screen alter ego. Sam was born in 1980 and has starred in projects such as “A Princess for Christmas,” and “A Very British Sex Scandal.” He’s also an active patron of the Youth Theatre Arts Scotland and Leukemia and Lymphoma research.
9. Adam Levine (The Voice)
Adam Levine shot to fame as the lead singer of the band Maroon 5. Although Maroon 5 is still pumping out hit songs, Adam has found another gig as one of the judges/coaches on NBC’s hottest singing competition show, “The Voice.” Adam’s team has won the show multiple times, and has won over additional fans with his TV exposure.
8. Matt Bomer (American Horror Story)
Matt Bomer is one of the hottest guys in Hollywood. In addition to his role on “American Horror Story: Hotel” he’s also starred in “White Collar” and the “Magic Mike” movies. Matt was born in St. Louis, Missouri and has gained a huge fanbase throughout his years in the spotlight.
7. Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead)
Steven Yeun portrayed the character of Glenn Rhee on “The Walking Dead” since Season 1. Sadly, the character was killed off in the most shocking episode of the show to date. Yeun, who is recently married and currently expecting a child with his new wife, is one of the most handsome, and beloved members of the cast.

Ian Somerhalder has left fans swooning over him for years. The hunky actor portrays Damon Salvatore on CW’s “The Vampire Diaries,” and has become one of the hottest young stars on television. Fans can’t wait to see what his career will bring after “Vampire Diaries” ends in 2017.

“Grey’s Anatomy” is full of gorgeous doctors, and one of them is Dr. Jackson Avery, played by Jesse Williams. In addition to being one of TV’s hottest stars, Williams is very outspoken on political and social issues, which makes it even harder to resist him.

Sterling K. Brown is having a career year. Hot off the success of FX’s crime drama, “The People v. O.J. Simpson,” where he played Christopher Darden, he landed the role of Randall Pearson on TV’s hottest new show, “This Is Us,” and fans definitely took notice of his sexy and confident persona.
3. Evan Peters (American Horror Story)
Evan Peters is beloved by “American Horror Story” fans everywhere. He’s always been high on their hottest actors list, and the way he can play a diverse variety of characters only makes him more appealing. Petersgot his start in the 2004 film “Clipping Adam” and has since starred on shows such as “Invasion,” “Phil of the Future,” and “One Tree Hill.” Since landing a role on “AHS” he’s become a household name to fans and opened doors to bigger projects such as his role in the “X-Men” films.

Kit Harington’s “Game of Thrones” character Jon Snow has become a name that many people know whether they watch the HBO series or not. Kit’s portrayal of the fan favorite character has landed him at super star status, and even helped out his love life. (He’s currently dating former ‘GoT’ star Rose Leslie.) Known for his sullen good looks, Kit was born in London and even has an interesting family. Kit’s uncle is Sir Nicholas John Harington, the 14th Baronet and his great-grandfother was the 12th Baronet Harington. His eight times great-grandfather was King Charles II of England

Milo Ventimiglia has been working in Hollywood for decades. The actor, who currently portrays Jack Pearson on NBC’s hit new show “This Is Us,” is also well known for portraying the role of Jess on “Gilmore Girls,” and reprised the role in the Netflix revival this year. However, fans have seen Milo in many, many other projects as well. Milo played Rocky’s son in the film “Rocky Balboa,” and had roles in other films such as “Cursed” “Stay Alive,” “Grown Ups 2,” and “That’s My Boy.” Milo’s appeared on other TV shows like “American Dreams,” The Bedford Diaries,” Sabrina, The Teenage Witch,” “Law and Order,” and “Boston Public.” He also appeared in the music video for Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry.” Milo has become a headline maker in 2016, and fans find his crooked smile and sweet charm irresistible.
