Jenelle Evans and ex-Nathan Griffith are reportedly scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning according to the “Teen Mom Updates” Facebook page.
The post claims that Nathan Griffith will be going after Jenelle Evans for full custody of their son Kaiser. The post claims that Nathan has “a ton of evidence against Jenelle Evans” which includes the video of her road rage/gun pulling and photos of excessive bruising that Kaiser says David caused. If all goes Griffth’s way he will be awarded full custody of Kaiser and Jenelle will only be permitted scheduled supervised visitation. Nathan is also asking the judge to grant a no contact rule between Kaiser and Jenelle’s husband David Eason.
So far. Jenelle has not commented on this matter, and no official news sources have confirmed the report. However, all “Teen Mom 2” fans are
well aware that Jenelle Evans has been expecting this custody drama between herself and Nathan Griffith to implode any day.
As previously reported by Teen Mom News, Jenelle Evans ran into a major snag back on July 2nd when she went to Nathan Griffith’s mom Doris Davidson’s home to pick up Kaiser after a scheduled visitation.
Davidson refused to physically hand custody of Kaiser back over to Jenelle sparking a major incident. Things got extremely heated between all involved.

Sources close to the estranged parents confirmed that a 911 call was made from Jenelle Evans home. An informant close to the situation also reportedly stated CPS was not returned to his mother’s care because there were excessive bruising and handprints found on Kaiser, especially on his rear. An Instagram account called deadbeatmom_Jenelle reportedly uploaded a video of what is said to be Nathan Griffith asking Kaiser who “put the marks on your butt?” Kaiser is seen in the video answering “David.”
A second video featuring Nathan Griffith asking Kaiser, whom, he would rather live with “mommy and David” or Daddy” reveals Kaiser responding “Daddy.”
This Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith custody battle news will be updated as details are released. One thing is for certain the “Teen Mom 2” star is having a rough 2018, and it is only halfway over.
As reported earlier, Jenelle Evans reportedly stated that she was stuck at “Teen Mom 2” despite wanting out of the show. Evans claims she has been offered a number of various projects from other networks including Netflix and Amazon to do her own show, however, due to being “locked into a contract” with MTV she is unable to pursue any further ventures at this time.
