Jenelle Evans has been cleared of child abuse allegations alleged by ex- and son Kaiser’s father Nathan Griffith according to TMZ.
As previously reported “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans and current husband David Eason was accused of child abuse back in July. Jenelle and David went to retrieve Kaiser from a routinely scheduled visit with grandma Doris Davidson when thing exploded into a dramatic outburst.
Davidson refused to handle over physical custody to Evans, police, and attorneys were called and the drama went on for a few days before Jenelle brought Kaiser back home. Since then, Jenelle’s ex-Nathan Griffith and mom Barbara Evans have been in constant contact with each other plotting ways to get custody of the boy.
The Jenelle Evans child abuse allegations were brought on after bruising was noticed on Kaiser’s bottom half. When asked how he obtained the bruises, Kaiser reportedly stated that David Eason had allegedly hit him with a stick.
Social workers from the Dept. of Social Services visited Jenelle’s home late last month and determined there was no abuse. Today, it was reported that the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office has just cleared both Jenelle Evans and David Eason of all abuse allegations.

As for Jenelle Evan as we are sure she is thrilled with this victory. However, it is speculated that this is not the end of this subject as far as Nathan and Barbara are concerned. It is also suggested that the custody drama could very well roll over into the upcoming season.
Jenelle Evans, recently officially signed her “Teen Mom 2” Season 9 contracts after many weeks of arguments and negotiations. At this time it is not known what agreeable terms Evans and MTV may have reached, but, it has been revealed that David Eason will NOT be returning or allowed near filming.
