Lisa Marie Presley ex-fourth husband Michael Lockwood has accused her of “game playing” in their ongoing divorce battle according to Radar Online. Lockwood has also claimed that his and Lisa Marie Presley’s post-nuptial agreement is invalid as things continue to grow nastier and nastier in the former couple’s divorce proceedings.

Lisa Marie Presley is being accused along with her former lawyer of deliberately withholding crucial information regarding Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Lockwood’s post-nuptial agreement and reveals he is getting tired of all the game playing that is going on.
New documents obtained by RO reveals that Lockwood claims that the agreement Lockwood signed back in 2007 is invalid. The celebrity news site obtained a copy of the Los Angeles court docs which were filed on August 8th, 2018. The papers also state that is accusing the daughter of the late Elvis Presley’s former lawyer, Jane Saltsman of withholding information that she and Lisa Marie claims was “privileged.”

“While Ms. Saltsman testified about one conversation that she claimed she had with [Mr. Alan Neiman, Lockwood’s former attorney], Respondent was unable to verify her claims about the conversation or when it occurred because she withheld her noted and her time/billing records,”
wrote Lockwood’s attorney, Jeff Sturman, in the affidavit.“Moreover, there were several questions where Ms. Saltsman testified that she did not recall the facts, and that there were no non-privileged documents that would refresh her recollection.”
“Respondent filed his Motion in Liminie to prevent his being unfairly surprised and prejudiced by hearing Ms. Saltsman testify for the first time at trial about matters that she claimed that she could not remember in deposition unless she reviewed supposedly privileged documents she
withheld, or about matters that Respondent was unable to verify because Petitioner and Ms. Saltsman withheld documents on privilege grounds.”
Can Lockwood and Presley figure this out?
Michael Lockwood reportedly claimed that he is not trying to prevent Lisa’ Marie’s former attorney from testifying in the upcoming divorce tri; howeverer, he wants information so he would not be unfairly surprised. Presley claimed in July 27 court docs that the postnup is completely valid and enforceable because prior to signing she and Lockwood along with their lawyers discussed and negotiated at great length before drawing up and signing the final agreement papers.

This postnup agreement clearly states that both Lisa Marie and Michael Lockwood agreed that they each waived their rights to receive spousal support and was fully aware of all of Presley’s assets before their marri,age according to LMP’s lawyer Gary Fishbein. It was also made clear that Lisa Marie Presley would obtain everything at the time as her separate property. As previously reported, Lisa Marie Presley has admitted in court and publicly that she is broke, and that all of her Elvis Presley inheritance money is long gone.
Lisa Marie is currently attending Elvis Presley Week 2018 festivities in Memph,is Tennessee which will also include the upcoming 41st anniversary and candlelight ceremony honoring her late father Elvis Presley who died on August 16, 1977. She is also reportedly planning a tour with a Elvis Presley hologram.
