Nathan Griffith could be heading to court in the near future, but it is not for his legal issues with “Teen Mom 2” star ex-Jenelle Evans…Yet. The ‘Teen Mom 2’ dad could be heading to trial for a previous arrest according to Radar Online reports. On Monday night’s “Teen Mom 2” episode Nathan Griffith stated that the domestic assault charges against his ex-Jessica Henry had been dismissed.
However, Nathan Griffith has more than one legal issue to deal with. Radar claims that Griffith was arrested back in February for striking fixtures while driving.
Nathan’s current girlfriend Ashley Landhart previously spoke with the celebrity news site revealing the details of Nathan’s arrest. She claims Nathan left the house alone to run and get an energy drink and was arrested after he pulled away from a gas pump with the nozzle still in his tank stating it was “an accident.”
The case which was reportedly closed in April, but a motion to reopen the case was filed on June 1. Nathan Griffith’s lawyer has filed a motion requesting a jury trial, with a pre-trial scheduled for January 2019. It is believed that the prosecutors will work to strike a deal before the
court date arrives.
But, Nathan Griffith’s court days appear to be far from over, he has revealed that he has every intention of fighting ex-Jenelle Evans for full
custody of their 4-year-old son Kaiser. Some major drama went down over the July 4th holiday involving Jenelle Evans, David Eason, Doris Davidson, and Nathan Griffith.

As previously reported by Teen Mom News the “Teen Mom 2” star arrived to pick up her and Nathan’s son Kaiser following a routine visit at grandma Doris’ home. Upon arrival, Jenelle was notified that they were not handing Kaiser back over to her due to safety concerns. It was revealed that Kaiser was not returned to his mother’s care because there were excessive bruising and hand prints found on Kaiser, especially on his rear.

An Instagram account called deadbeatmom_Jenelle reportedly uploaded a video of what is said to be Nathan Griffith asking Kaiser who “put the marks on your butt?” Kaiser is seen in the video answering “David.”
Jenelle Evans retrieved her son several hours later, however, the drama surrounding Kaiser’s custody is far from over as both Nathan Griffith and his mom Doris Davidson have stated they fully intend on fighting for custody and feel they have enough evidence against Jenelle Evans and David Eason to warrant their case.
Jenelle Evans, well, she does not appear to be too concerned with the custody suit threats at this time. “Teen Mom 2” fans can look for all of this Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith custody drama to play out next season on “Teen Mom 2.”
