Another Teen Mom OG baby is on the way. Ryan Edwards’ wife, Mackenzie Standifer, is pregnant with the couple’s first child. The pair, who married last spring, will welcome a new member into their family later this year.
According to Radar Online, Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer are said to be in the early stages of the pregnancy, and do not yet know the sex of their unborn child. The pregnancy is so early on that Mackenzie reportedly doesn’t even have a baby bump yet. As many Teen Mom OG fans know, Edwards and Standifer have been discussing having a child together on the MTV reality series.
Ryan Edwards is already the father of a 9-year-old son, Bentley, whom he shares with his ex-girlfriend, Maci Bookout. Meanwhile, Mackenzie has a son of her own, Hudson, whose father is Standifer’s ex-husband Zach Stevens. During a recent episode of Teen Mom OG, Ryan’s mother, Jen Edwards weighed in with her opinion about Ryan and Mackenzie having a child together. While she was excited by the idea of becoming a grandmother again, she cautioned the couple to wait until Ryan was more secure in his sobriety before they added to their family.

As many Teen Mom OG fans may remember, Ryan Edwards did a stint in rehab in 2017 after fans watched a scene where he drove under the influence of drugs and fell asleep behind the wheel while on his way to his wedding. Later, Ryan admitted that he had been using heroin and spending up to $10K a week on drugs. The situation lead to some bad blood with Maci Bookout, who refused to let their son, Bentley, spend time with his father until he passed a drug test proving he was no longer using drugs.
