“90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort” couple Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya were starting to show positive changes in their marriage. Things were looking up, and they were making headway with their therapy sessions. That is, until Jovi got caught up in a huge lie.

Jovi Dufren can’t shake his obsession (or addiction) to strip clubs. This has always been one of the hot-button topics between himself and his wife, Yara Zaya. So when they signed on with TLC to undergo the two-week couple’s therapy session, she had hoped it was something they would finally be able to work through.
But Jovi Dufren found an excuse to hit up an adult entertainment club. All it took was for Asuelu Pulaa to tell him that he had never been to such a place and Jovi was all over it.
Jovi plotted and planned the entire expedition. So, the “90 Day Fiance” made arrangements to visit the adult establishment. The guys are all excited about their night out. But there is one thing about it. They do not want the women to know what they are up to.
Jovi Tells Yara Zaya a Bold Face Lie
However, little do they know that Big Ed Brown has already confessed to his “90 Day Fiance” fiance, Liz Woods, what the other guys are up to. When Jovi and Asuelu are ready, they also want to bring Ed along. So Jovi has Ed call Liz and ask permission.
Liz, Yara, Kalani Faagata, and Angela Deem are also out for a girls’ night. So when Ed calls, Liz puts it on speakerphone so all the women can hear. Jovi is asking Liz to permit Ed to come out to the club with them. But that is not the worst part. He tells Liz not to tell the other women what they are up to.
It’s guaranteed that Jovi is going to the $trip clubs every night when he’s working overseas and without telling Yara. Jovi Dufren doesn’t know it yet, but his wife, Yara Zaya, hears everything and is furious. Not only that, she is embarrassed by her husband’s actions. It is a wild and late night for the guys. So they are all hungover the next day, especially Jovi.
Yara wakes up bright and early, ready to have it out with her husband. She asks Jovi why he told Liz not to tell her what they were up to. Jovi doesn’t know it yet, but he makes a colossal mistake and tells Yara he did not say that.
This sends his “90 Day Fiance: The Last Resort” wife over the edge, and the fight continues. She tells him he was on speakerphone, and she hears every word he says. Jovi knows he is busted now and needs to think fast. So he does the only thing he believes will help save his neck. He throws the other guys under the bus.
90 Day Fiance: Jovi Walks Out on Yara
Jovi gives Yara a detailed account of the night. He tells her he was the only man in the strip club who did not touch one of the dancers. Yara doesn’t look like she is believing everything Jovi tells her.
So, he plays it up. Jovi Dufren tells his wife, Yara Zaya, that he looks like a complete angel compared to the way Asuelu and Ed acted at the club. He swears he only sat with his drink and enjoyed the entertainment around him.

Yara doesn’t care. She screams at Jovi and tells him she knows he is behind the entire strip club outing. The blonde beauty doesn’t understand why he needs to go to these other women over her. She is tired of his lies. The madder she gets, the more she cries and yells louder.
Jovi is too hungover, tells her he has a headache, and asks her to “please, shut up.” This upsets her even more. So Jovi gets up from the bed and walks out the door to get away from his sobbing wife and escape any more of her questions.
This is not a smart move for the “90 Day Fiance” husband, Jovi Dufren. He knows he has not heard the end of this. He also knows their next few couples counseling sessions will not be pleasant. But the worst part is he will also have to face Asuelu and Ed once Yara tells their partners what he said.
Jovi Dufren is on thin ice with Yara Zaya and is running out of therapy time. The “90 Day Fiance” star must act fast if he wants to make his marriage work.
