Abby Lee Miller, the former Dance Mom star, found herself in hot water today following her recent appearance on Sofia Franklin’s “Sofia with an F” podcast show. Miller, 57, stirred up quite a controversy after admitting to Sofia Franklin what type of guys she is attracted to.
Abby Miller Finds Herself in Hot Water
During the podcast, Abby Lee Miller admitted to STILL being into high school football players at this stage in her life. The two women discussed Tom Cruise‘s famous white bundt cake from Doan’s Bakery.
Miller soon trailed off from the bundt cake topic and asked her host, Sofia Franklyn, if she had ever seen Cruise in the 1983 film All the Right Moves, which she noted featured the Oscar nominee as “a high school football player.”
“Oh, that’s my downfall. I like the high school football players,” Miller continued. “I still like them.” Sofia seemingly attempted to re-route the conversation by noting that she finds adult football coaches attractive.

Abby Miller Doubles Down and Clarifies
Miller seemingly missed the opportunity to move past her questionable statement and continued to explain her fondness for the teenage athletes in more detail. “Not one that used to be in high school, but one that is.”
Following Abby’s statement, Sofia Franklyn immediately ended her podcast episode. Needless to say, the damage was already done. According to Speakerj.com, in 2022, statistics show that Frankly had amassed nearly 157k podcast followers and has only continued to grow.

Miller Backtracks With Instagram Clarification
Abby Miller’s people must have realized what controversy she started with her high school football players’ comments because she hopped on Instagram a couple of hours later. During her post, Miller needed to clarify a few things she felt were misconceived about her statements.
Miller attempts to explain by saying she likes jocks, always has, and always will. She also says her kind of guy must be able to go out to clubs and party in Vegas. He must also be able to rent ADA-accessible vans and have a bank and business.
According to TMZ, she then tells her Instagram followers that her high school reunion is coming up. Abby then adds that she hopes the high school hunk from her days will attend the reunion, but if not … she’ll settle for Tom Brady.
