The Ahsoka Star Wars series is coming soon. Being such a big franchise it is next to impossible to keep anything under wraps for too long. With that being said, over the weekend there were some huge bombshells dropped regarding Star Wars: Ahsoka. With the Ahsoka show set to come out sometime in 2023, these leaks may have made Ahsoka the most anticipated Star Wars show of all time. In addition, the return of fan-favorite actor Hayden Christensen. It has also been said by Dave Filoni himself that the show will be filled with great lightsaber duels.
Some Star Wars fans may not know don’t know who Ahsoka Tano is. However, you’re in luck. It’s easy to get educated on the character. All you have to do is go back and watch the Star Wars franchise in order to understand Ahsoka’s story. Of course, it’s that easy!
Hayden Christensen Will Be Back For Ahsoka Star Wars Series
A while ago it was said that Hayden would be in the Ahsoka show after his return to the franchise in Kenobi. However, with these new leaks, it is rumored that he will be Playing Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader in Ahsoka according to Sffgazette. Along with this information, some big plans for the evil Sith Lord have been revealed. In the leaks, it was said the actor Hayden Christensen required some training for a fight sequence. This means his face will be visible for some kind of combat.
It is rumored that one of these fights will be a live-action Clone Wars flashback. The other is said to be Hayden fighting in the same costume he wore on Mustafar in episode three Revenge Of The Sith. Which is in fact just what the fans want to see.
With all of these talks of flashbacks, there is a twist. These are not normal flashbacks as they are triggered by Ahsoka returning to the World Between Worlds from Star Wars: Rebels. This is where Ahsoka will learn that no matter what path she would have walked there was no saving her master and friend Anakin Skywalker. In addition to the flashbacks, this ties nicely into Rebels.
Ahsoka Will Learn A Hard Truth
Hopefully, Ahsoka will realize that Anakin was always meant to become Darth Vader. From there a new actor will play a younger Ahsoka Tano. We will see what it would have looked like if Ahsoka had fought a newly appointed Darth Vader on Mustafar.
There will be other visions Ahsoka sees as well. Like what would happen if she had killed Grand Admiral Thrawn and prevented Ezra Bridger from sacrificing himself. Although Ahsoka’s fate would still be the same. The common theme here is that Ahsoka can not change her destiny or the choices she made in the past. Ahsoka must learn to let go and move on from her past. This sounds like a perfect way to show growth for the character of Ahsoka. This will also give the fans some truly amazing Star Wars content.
