“And Just Like That” Season 3 is right around the corner. The “Sex and The City” sequel series is promising some exciting new storylines for the upcoming episodes, and fans can’t wait to see what’s in store for our favorite New York City girls as they continue to navigate the ups and downs of life in the Big Apple.
The new episodes will begin airing on HBO Max starting May 29. After that, one episode will drop weekly as it has for the previous two seasons. Things will look a bit different for “And Just Like That” Season 3. There have been some character shifts. This means that some old characters are out and some fresh new faces are being shipped in as the girls walk through life together.
Where did And Just Like That Season 2 leave off?
It’s been a while, so it may be hard to remember everything that’s going on with Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) and company. So, here’s a little refresher. Carrie and Aiden reunited and fell in love again. (Third time’s a charm?) However, Aiden’s duties as a father pulled him away and he asked Carrie to wait for him until his children were out of the nest…four years! She’s agreed to try. Carrie also moved out of her iconic New York City brownstone and bought a stunning new townhouse.
Miranda finally made peace with her ex-husband, Steve. The two decided that it was time to get back to being friends despite the end of their marriage. Miranda also found closure with her ex-partner Che Diaz. The two cleared the air, and Che went on their way.
Charlotte continues with the ups and downs of raising two teenagers. Oldest daughter Lily is at a place where she’s getting very interested in boys and living her own life. Her youngest child, Rock, always keeps Charlotte on her toes as she continues to try to understand her fluid gender identity and being a supportive mother.
The supporting characters are also keeping fans interested
The supporting characters are also having quite an interesting time on “And Just Like That.” Nya found out that her ex-husband is expecting a baby with his new girlfriend. She’s also trying to take control of her personal life while navigating her career. Lisa had an unexpected pregnancy followed by a miscarriage that left her grieving. Meanwhile, Seema is her usual fabulous self. However, she secretly battles with loneliness and issues surrounding her love life.

The trailer for “And Just Like That” Season 3 has dropped. It is full of that “Sex and the City” vibe of the women living their best lives and leaning on one another for support. It also features scenes between Carrie and Aiden. It looks like Miranda has a new love interest as well. Carrie has a handsome neighbor that could give Aiden a run for his money. Meanwhile, Charlotte is watching Lily grow up before her eyes.
