Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s custody and visitation rules have recently been laid out by a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge, and it appears that Jolie has been put in her place–according to TMZ reports.
The judge presiding over the case has determined that “not having a relationship with their father” would be “harmful” to the Jolie/Pitt children Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, nine-years-old.
The judge has also decided that Angelina Jolie will no longer be making the rules when it comes to just how much time the couple’s six children will be spending with their dad, Brad Pitt. It has also been determined that if Angelina Jolie fails to comply with the new visitation rules, she could lose primary physical custody of the children entirely.

A child therapist will monitor Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s time with children. In the past Jolie has controlled every move including cell phone time with Brad Pitt. However, now Brad will be able to call his children as often as he likes without Angelina’s interference. The new custody schedule will also permit Brad to see his children for ten days in London during mid-June where he will visit with one or two of them at a time for four hours per visit.
Later in the month, he will get 10-hour days. July’s schedule will now allow Pitt four days in a row and in late July he will have the children with him at his Los Angles home for a full week. There are a few more stipulations as Brad Pitt and the children are slowly eased back into a full-time relationship. A child psychologist must be present during Brad’s visits with the children in London. Angelina will be permitted only one call a day with the children during their California visit with Brad.
The report also reveals that eldest son Maddox,16-years-old, will now decide for himself as to how much time he wishes to spend with his each of his parents.
It has been a long bitter battle for the former Hollywood couple since announcing their split in 2016. As previously reported by Blasting News, since Jolie and Pitt’s split there have been a number of rumors and speculation concerning Brad Pitt’s current romantic status especially where his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston is concerned.
Many fans believe that the former couple has previously, or in the future will possibly reconcile. The fan speculation about the former couple really began to pick up speed earlier this year following Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s divorce announcement. Many fans continue to hope for a reunion, however, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have denied any form of reconciliation plans.
