Star Wars: Ahsoka is coming early next year and recently Sabine Wren herself, Natasha Liu Bordizzo posted a picture of a birthday gift the cast and crew got her. The gift was a poster of Wrens’ very recognizable helmet; the poster was also signed by the actors and actresses that are expected to be in the series.
Fans on Reddit have gone over all the signatures and messages written on the poster and one of the messages that is conveniently missing a signature looks a lot like Star Wars legend Mark Hamill.
Mark has been very involved in Star Wars shows recently as a young version of Luke Skywalker is featured in The Mandalorian and The Book Of Boba Fett. Given the final piece of dialogue between Luke and Ahsoka in chapter 6 of The Book Of Boba Fett, it is widely suspected that we will see Luke Skywalker in the Ashoka show and we might even get to see how they met for the first time.
Where is Hayden?
Last but not least one signature that is missing is the original Skywalker story wise Hayden Christensen who was reported to be reprising his role as Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker once again much as he did in the Kenobi show.
It is very possible that Lucasfilm told Hayden along with some others to not sign the poster as they want to keep some mystery for the show alive. It Is also likely that Hayden and other key characters will film their scenes under multiple layers of security.
Some other characters who fans are expecting to show up are Jedi padawan Ezra Bridger and villain Grand Admiral Thrawn from Star Wars: Rebels. It is unknown what happens to Bridger and Thrawn after they get launched into the unknown regions of the Star Wars galaxy so an appearance from them would mean a lot to Rebels fans.
More Rebels characters?
Ashoka has been called Rebels season five by many involved so be prepared to see a lot of the Ghost Crew like Chopper, Herra, Sabine, and maybe even Zeb. Some of these characters may be making their live-action debuts which is always exciting for the fans to see especially if they are characters that are loved like many of the characters in Star wars: Rebels.
As we patiently await more information about the cast and the characters they will play the excitement continues to grow for Ashoka who is already a fan favorite character to finally get her own show and time in the spotlight. Will there be a cool lightsaber hallway scene? We can only hope that Ashoka shows just how strong she is as the chosen ones’ padawan.
