The big news comes courtesy of Deadline, which announced that Ashton Kutcher will soon return to television. The actor was recently cast alongside Evan Peters, Anthony Ramos, and Jeremy Pope. The Hollywood celebs are slated to star in the new Ryan Murphy FX thriller series The Beauty.
Details are limited at this time. However, what we know is that the series is based on comic books by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. Production on the 11-episode first season is slated to begin this fall, likely in November.
The series will focus on an outbreak of an STD that makes those affected beautiful. But the disease, dubbed “the Beauty,” eventually kills its hosts as part of a suspected sinister government plot.
