“Big Brother” had a double eviction on Thursday night, and it was a doozy. The number of houseguests are quickly dwindling down. The night started with Jag as the Head of Household for the second week in a row. Jag nominated America and Blue for eviction. Later, he won the Power of Veto, again for the second week in a row. Jag opted to leave the nominations the same, meaning that it was America versus Blue all week long.
“Big Brother” double eviction: Did America or Blue go home?
“Big Brother” Season 25 is heading toward the end of the road. However, the drama is still rising. America and Blue were both nominated and campaigned all week to stay in the game. However, it was Felicia dropping the bombshell about Matt wanting to take Jag out of the game during the double eviction that really riled up the HoH. The drama played out with Matt admitting that he did need to take a shot at Jag if he wants to win the game.
When it came to the first eviction, the house was in agreement that it should be Blue who left the competition this week. Matt, Bowie Jane, and Felicia all opted to send Blue home. Of course, judging by the differences in Blue and America’s eviction night ensembles, it looks like Blue knew she was leaving. She then headed to the jury house with Cameron and Cory. However, she wasn’t alone.
Bowie Jane won HoH for a second time
Because it was double eviction night on “Big Brother,” an entire week’s gameplay was held within one hour. First up, the Head of Household competition. This time around, Jag was not allowed to play. The comp was a memory game that centered around a 7-round movie quiz. Matt and Bowie Jane tied at the end of the seven rounds. However, in the tiebreaker, Bowie Jane was awarded the role of HoH for the second time this season. Immediately, Bowie Jane had to reveal their two nominees to the world. Quickly enough, Felicia and America were put on the block.
The veto competition was played shortly after Bowie Jane’s nominations were revealed. Everyone got to play in the veto with only six houseguests remaining. In the end, it was Matt who was victorious, winning the Power of Veto. This immediately posed the question of whether Matt would keep Bowie Jane’s noms the same, or if he would use the Power of Veto to backdoor Jag, who has been his best friend in the game.
However, in the end, Matt decided to keep Bowie Jane’s nominations the same, with Felicia and America still up on the block. The house voted, and America was sent home in the “Big Brother” double eviction. She can now reunite with her showmance Cory in the jury house, along with Cam and Blue. There are now two weeks left in the competition and the final five are Jag, Matt, Bowie Jane, Felicia, and Cirie.
