Blake Working Hard After Split With Miranda
Blake and Miranda met back in 2005 while Shelton was still married to his first wife, and childhood sweetheart, Kaynette Gern. However, the two divorced in 2006 and the “Austin” singer soon began dating the blonde songbird. Shelton and Lambert married in 2011.
