Bret Michaels reps announced that his sold-out concert scheduled for November 11, at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greenville, Tennessee has been postponed due to a medical emergency.
Michaels shared the news via his official social media pages on Facebook and Twitter posting, “With much regret, we hate to inform you that tonight’s Bret Michaels sold-out performance will be postponed due to a medical emergency. Bret has an incredibly large kidney stone and several small stones that are now in a position that has made Bret immobile. While kidney stones are extremely painful on their own, being a diabetic complicates the situation and Bret needs to be monitored very carefully.”

The “Every Rose Has It’s Thorn” hit maker is not happy about postponing his upcoming scheduled show and Bret Michaels fans are concerned about the singer. It takes some major circumstances for Bret to postpone a show, so fans are well aware that the singer’s condition must be serious.
Dedicated Poison and Bret fan remember in 2010 Bret’s family and friends all feared the worst after Michaels suffered a near-fatal brain hemorrhage at the age of 47. Michaels described the event stating that he had first thought a burglar shot him in the back of the head when he suffered a brain hemorrhage last month that left him in intensive care for nearly two weeks wondering if he was going to live or die.
Following Bret brain hemorrhage the singer bounced back making a full recovery and by May 30, 2010 Bret was back on stage doing what he loves best, performing before a sold-out crowd in Columbus, Ohio. The scary life-threatening scare should have been enough to stop Bret Michaels in his tracks, or at least slow him down. But, according to Bret, 55, he was not having it. He was and still is bound and determined to live his life his way and to the fullest.
The date for Michaels make-up show in Greenville, Tennessee will be announced in the next 24 hours all tickets will be honored and all info will be posted on the venue’s site and all Bret Michaels’ sites and social media platforms.
