However, some fans claimed that the “bandage” was simply a sweatband, which Britney often wears. In a newer clip, Spears wore the same outfit as she danced with the cuts and bandage visible in the post. Of course, it’s not confirmed whether or not Britney’s scrapes came from the knives. Sources tell the outlet that Britney Spears has sharp objects all around her home, even in her bedroom. The singer is allegedly fearful of being institutionalized again. Britney claimed that the knives in her video were fake. However, many believed that they were real as they made a sharp sound when they clanged together.
Spears is said to have a bit of an interest in knives. When her conservatorship was finally broken, one thing that was recommended was taking knives away from the pop star in hopes of keeping her safe.
