On Wednesday, the rising Cleveland Cavaliers are going head to head with the versatile Chicago Bulls in an Eastern Conference matchup. The Cavaliers are looking to make a statement and get some revenge from the pre-season where the Bulls took both games they met. The Cavaliers are currently one game over .500 at 13-12 and the bulls are sitting in second place in the Eastern Conference at 17-8.

The Cavaliers Expected starting line-up will be point guard Darius Garland, shooting guard Issac Okoro, center Jarrett Allen, forward Evan Mobley, and forward Lauri Markkanen. The injury report looks about the same with Collin Sexton out with a knee injury, Dean Wade questionable with a calf strain, and Tako Fall will also be out.

The Bulls Injury report is Alex Cruso doubtful with a hamstring sprain, DeMar DeRozan out with health and safety protocol, Javonte Green out with health and safety protocol, and Coby White is also out with health and safety protocol.

The Chicago Bulls’ starting line-up will consist of point guard Lonzo Ball, shooting guard Zach LaVine, forward Ayo Dosunmu, forward Derrick Jones Jr., and center Nikola Vucevic. The Bulls are very beat up with some key players out so this could be the perfect time for Clevland to strike and steal a win.

One key thing to watch tonight is the battle of the point guards as Darius Garland and Lonzo Ball will do battle tonight. “Garland had one of his worst shooting nights of the season against Jrue Holiday and the Milwaukee Bucks. According to the NBA’s defensive data, Garland was held to just 1 for 6 shooting from the field and had 2 assists with 1 turnover when Holiday was covering him. Garland finished Monday’s contest with 10 points on 3 of 12 shooting,” reports  FearTheSword.com

Another important task for the Cavaliers will be keeping Zach LaVine in check. It is nearly impossible to stop Zach Lavine especially when he has a running start so the Cavaliers will have to keep him from having a big night if they want to win this game.

It should be a very interesting game tonight as the Cavaliers have lost two straight games and need a win tonight if they want to stay above .500. The Cavs will have to fight hard tonight and execute plays on offense if they want to take this win from one of the NBA’s top teams.
