A woman is accusing Chris Brown of continuously harassing, stalking, and hitting her and has been awarded a temporary restraining order. Chris Brown has been hit with a temporary restraining order placed against him by a woman who claims he has been “stalking, harassing and hitting her” according to Radar Online.

The temporary restraining order was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court against the singer on June 13. The report states that a woman, whose name has only been revealed as Cassandra, claims since meeting Brown, the rapper will not leave her alone.  At this time according to the courts, Chris Brown must stay 100 feet away from her at least until they return to court in July.

The accuser claims that she met Brown previously met at one of the rapper’s infamous house parties. Chris Brown and his accuser are scheduled to appear in the Los Angeles Superior Courts on July 3 when a more permanent order, lasting up to five years, could be put in place against the singer.

In 2009, Chris Brown made news headlines after brutally beating his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna.  Brown was arrested following the incident and was sentenced to community service and domestic violence counseling. Brown claimed that following his violent altercation with Rihanna his career took a major hit for a period of time.

However, after a period of time, he has managed to bounce back. Much to the surprise of many fans, Rihanna and Chris have since moved forward and even have been rumored to have spent some time together.

Brown’s past, however, has not stopped Chris Brown’s legal issues. His most recent lawsuit until now took place in May, when he was involved in a battery suit. The accusations were made by a woman referred to as Jane Doe, who claimed she was held prisoner at Brown’s mansion and raped by one of his friends. The latest accusations pending are still under investigation and considered to be a bit sketchy based on the accuser’s lack of details.

According to the report, Cassandra is not exactly clear on all the circumstances pertaining to her accusations against Chris Brown. She also reportedly has failed to provide detailed follow-up information revealing exactly when and where the alleged incidents have taken place. However, since Chris Brown has a well-documented history of violence the courts must take these accusations very seriously.

The temporary restraining order will remain in place until Brown and his current accuser return to court in July.
