Chris Evans is a married man. The Marvel star reportedly tied the knot with Alba Baptista in a secret home wedding over the weekend. According to Page Six, the couple said their vows at their Bostom home in front of a very intimate crowd. The two kept the details under lock and key and even allegedly made their guests sign NDAs to attend the ceremony. Their guests were even asked to turn over their phones at the wedding.

In addition to Evans and Baptista’s closest friends and family members, some A-list celebrities were also in attendance at the ceremony. Marvel stars like Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, and Jeremy Renner showed up for the quiet nuptials.
Chris Evans and Alba Baptista were first romantically linked in late 2022. At the time, sources told People Magazine that the pair had been dating for more than a year. They are in love, and Chris has never been happier,” an insider said of the actors. “His family and friends all adore her.”
Evans has always wanted to be a husband and a father
Settling down and starting a family has been on Chris Evans’ mind for a while now. He previously revealed to People that he couldn’t wait to have a family. “That’s absolutely something I want — wife, kids, building a family,” he said at the time. “When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn’t the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships, the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared,” he added.
“So it’s also something through my long 41 years that also rings true,” Evans continued. “Those things are the most important. I love the idea of tradition and ceremony. I had a lot of that in my life so the idea of creating that, I can’t think of anything better,” Evans said.
