Cleveland Cavaliers: How Will Donovan Mitchell Perform His First Time Back In Utah?

With the Cleveland Cavaliers heading to Utah, how will Donovan Mitchell perform his first time back? The Cavaliers are coming off a win against the Phoenix Suns which pushed them to 26-15. As we reach the halfway point of the season this is where teams really start coming together for a better playoff spot. According to Cleveland.com the Utah Jazz have lost seven of their last eight games. The Cleveland Cavaliers need to be careful tonight as the Jazz will be hungry for a win at home.

Both the Jazz and the Cavs are in the playoff picture. Both teams are focused on winning every game they can so it should be a good one tonight in Utah! This is also a big night for the Cavaliers’ superstar Donovan Mitchell as it will be his first time back in Utah after being traded to Cleveland during the offseason.

Mitchell will Be Locked In

Mitchell will be eager to steal a win from his old team in their house. We are expecting a big game from Donovan Mitchell tonight. Hopefully, that can inspire the other Cavaliers to play even harder!

Mitchell just recently dropped a huge 71-point game in a comeback win over the Chicago Bulls. That probably won’t happen again tonight, but Mitchell is definitely trying extra hard to win this game. Look for the Utah Jazz to also try to make a statement tonight. They are looking to prove they are still a dangerous team even without Donovan Mitchell. Both of these teams are young and can run with the best the NBA has. Be prepaid for a high-intensity game between interconference rivals!

The Cleveland Cavaliers are looking to start climbing the standings in the Eastern Conference. The Cavs are only three games back from the first-place Boston Celtics. The top four teams in the east are in a tightly contested race for first place and it will only get more intense as the season goes on.

Cavs Going for The Sweep

The Cavaliers took the first contest between these two teams when the Jazz came to Cleveland. Cleveland is now looking for the season sweep over Mitchell’s old team. The Cleveland Cavaliers are going to Utah so it will be a late night for the fans watching at home. Will the Cavaliers take care of business again tonight? Or will they fall to the Jazz? Only time will tell as we get ready for tip-off at 9:00 pm EST.
