Daisy Jones & The Six Season 2 update

Daisy Jones & The Six Season 2: Producers Give Exciting Update

“Daisy Jones & The Six” Season 2 could be happening. The Amazon Prime series was based on a book written by Taylor Jenkins Reid. However, following the massive success of the show, it’s totally possible that fans will be seeing more of Billy, Daisy, and the rest of the gang in the future. Recently, the producers of the series gave a hopeful update regarding more episodes.

As viewers will remember, the show ended with Billy and Daisy finally reuniting after several years. Billy had dealt with the death of his wife, Camila. He and the rest of the band had also relived that chaotic period in their lives in a documentary filmed by Billy and Camila’s daughter. However, after the reunion between the two lead characters, we don’t know what happens. Could there be more to the story? We certainly hope so.

Daisy Jones & The Six Season 2 could work say producers

“If any time Amazon came to us and said, ‘what would it be?,’ we would put our little thinking caps on about it,” Executive Producer Lauren Neustadter told Variety. “It’s super fun to sit and talk to Taylor for hours about where we think we could take this next. It was a calculated move to move [the flash forwards] to their 40s. There’s a lot of life left to live, so there could be a future,” EP Scott Neustadter added.

The series could go all in with a reunion between the entire band, and possibly even a reunion tour. We can watch what happens when they all get back together after all the hurt and drama they experienced in their younger years. In addition, fans could finally get to see Daisy and Billy get a real shot at love with no restrictions.

Sam Claflin has pitched Season 2 ideas

Meanwhile, actor Sam Claflin, who played Billy Dunne on “Daisy Jones & The Six,” says that he would absolutely love to return to the franchise to continue telling the story. In fact, Claflin, who is known for his roles in films like “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “You Before Me,” has admitted that he’s even pitched ideas for a possible Season 2. “Whether they listened or not it’s not up for me to decide, but the will is there,” Claflin told the Los Angeles Times.

Fans would love to see more of Daisy, Billy, and the rest of the group in more episodes. While it may be a bit tough to figure out where to take the story, it’s clear that there is interest in a “Daisy Jones & The Six” Season 2.
