Ariana Madix reveals major Dancing With The Stars rule

Recently, Ariana Madix revealed that she has a huge rule involving her “Dancing With The Stars” routines. She doesn’t want them to focus on her messy split with longtime boyfriend and co-star Tom Sandoval.

The reality star told fans via her Instagram story this week that she doesn’t want to perform routines that pertain to the scandal involving her former boyfriend. In addition, when asked when she didn’t dance to Taylor Swift’s “Vigilante S—“ during last week’s routine, she laid it all out, per Us Weekly.

“Aside from Week 1 and [Most Memorable Year Night] I had a big music rule for myself which was NO songs on that subject matter,” Madix admitted. “Even my MMY [Most Memorable Year] was supposed to be about losses in 2022 and an amazing support system,” she added.

Ariana is looking to make it to the DWTS finale

Currently, Ariana Madix is competing in the semi-finals on “Dancing With The Stars.” She and her partner, Pasha Pashkov are performing two dances this week, a Foxtrot and a Jive. They’re hoping to make it through to the finals. However, the other competitors may have something to say about that.

Madix is looking to best the remaining contestants when it comes to judges’ scores. Jason Mraz, Charity Lawson, Xochitl Gomez, and Alyson Hannigan are all dancing in the semi-finals, hoping for a spot in next week’s finale.

What to know about Scandoval

For fans who don’t know about Ariana Madix’s personal struggles over the past year, it’s been brutal for the reality star. Madis and her boyfriend of nearly a decade, Tom Sandoval, were a fan favorite reality TV couple. However, it was revealed that Sandoval had been cheating on Madix with her friend and co-star, Rachel Leviss.

Scandal erupted among the “Vanderpump Rules” cast as they took sides. The situation became known as “Scandoval” online. Madix was devastated by the betrayal of her boyfriend and close friend. She and Sandoval split, but things haven’t gotten much better between them, judging from a trailer for Season 11 of the show.

Meanwhile, Ariana Madix has moved past her breakup with Tom Sandoval. She’s living in the moment and focused on taking home the “Dancing With The Stars” Mirror Ball Trophy for Season 32.
