“Dancing With The Stars” Season 32 will not feature former host Tyra Banks. The “America’s Next Top Model” host headed the dance competition series for two seasons. However, she’s officially out as host. Banks was hired after the show shockingly fired longtime host Tom Bergeron and his co-host Erin Andrews. However, many fans didn’t love the move. After being replaced as host, Banks spoke out and revealed what she really thought of the show’s new direction.
Tyra Banks was replaced by Julianne Hough on Dancing With The Stars Season 32
During Season 30 of “DWTS,” the model hosted the host on her own. However, fans were exactly thrilled with the formate. The following season, former Mirror Ball winner Alfonso Ribeiro joined Banks in the ballroom. Of course, fans liked the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” star’s presence on the series. Once it was revealed that Banks was out for Season 32, former pro dancer and ex-judge Julianne Hough was announced to take her place. Later, Banks shared her thoughts on her replacement.
“The businesswoman in me sees how Julianne is great on multiple levels,” Tyra Banks told Us Weekly after her “Dancing With The Stars” exit. “She’s a professional dancer. She is the sister of Derek [Hough], a DWTS multi-champion, who is now a stellar judge. It’s going to be a family affair in that ballroom, which people will love to watch. And she has so much personality and strong opinions backed by expertise. She’s a perfect choice! She’s gonna crush it!”
Tyra reveals that it was her decision to leave DWTS
In addition, Banks revealed that she wasn’t fired from “DWTS.” Instead, she decided that she wanted to leave her hosting gig at the show. In addition, she’s focused on building her business and is ready to move on to bigger things.
“I feel it’s time for me to really focus on my business and entrepreneurship and also producing more TV – but behind the scenes,” adding that she feels “it’s time to graduate from the dance floor to the stock market floor,” Tyra Banks told TMZ.

What to expect in Season 32
In addition to Tyra Banks exiting “Dancing With The Stars” ahead of Season 32, there are other big changes in the ballroom. Alfonso Ribeiro will be joined by Julianne Hough, whom he says she has great chemistry with. “Our connection is fantastic. I think we’re going to be great together. The energy’s going to be great,” he told Us Weekly. “I get to move down onto the floor this season and to the old Tom Bergeron role. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
