The “DWTS” pro was involved in a crash in L.A., but thankfully friends say he’ll be fine after the scary incident. According to TMZ, Mark Ballas, 28, was driving and when a speeding car slammed into the right rear side of his vehicle.
The former “Dancing With The Stars” champ complained of back pain and whiplash, and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was prescribed medication for the pain.
Mark’s injury filled year
Thankfully, this car crash didn’t happen during the “Dancing With The Stars” season, which Mark Ballas and his partner, Candace Cameron-Bure, danced their way into the finals, and finished in third place after Mark hurt his shoulder right before the final show. “So glad he’s OK — talked to him briefly tonight,” Candace tweeted of Mark after the crash.
