“Dancing With the Stars” will be back later this year. The ABC reality dance competition has officially been renewed for season 19, meaning we’ll be watching more celebrities learn to dance come September.
‘Dancing With the Stars’ renewed for season 19
“DWTS” has become a fan favorite among viewers, who tune in on Monday nights to watch celebrities of stage, screen, and even athletes compete for the coveted mirror ball trophy.
“Dancing With the Stars” first premiered in 2005, and has been going fairly strong ever since. Stars have even made career comebacks after appearing on the show.

Currently, this season the final five contestants, Candace Cameron Bure, James Maslow, Merle Davis, Charlie White, and Amy Purdy are vying for a spot in the finals.
