David Letterman Is Unrecognizable In New Photos

David Letterman, is that you? The former “Late Show” host, who retired in 2015 after over 20 years on air was photographed in St. Bart’s while out jogging and fans were shocked to see the photos.

David Letterman Looks Unrecognizable In New Photos

According to TMZ, David Letterman was out for a jog in St. Bart’s when the paparazzi snapped some photos of the former TV personality. Once those photos hit the web everyone was stunned.

Letterman is completely bald with a big, bushy, completely gray full beard, and he’s gained some weight. In fact, David Letterman doesn’t look like David Letterman at all.

David Letterman’s New Look

David wore headphones as he seemingly blasted some music to help him get through the jog. He also wore a Ball State Volleyball t-shirt, but it wasn’t his outfit or accessories that had everyone talking. Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on David Letterman’s new look and some of the tweets were pretty amazing, even comparing David to Tim Allen in “The Santa Claus” movies.

E! Online reports that fans should have known Dave was about to grow a big, burly beard as he complained about shaving for work and has been seen in public sporting a big beard. “You know what? I used to say, every day, ‘I am so sick and tired of shaving.’ I had to shave every day, every day, for 33 years, and even before that when I was working on local TV. And I just thought, the first thing I will do when I am not on TV is stop shaving. And everybody hates it. My wife hates it. My son hates it,” he explains. “But it’s interesting. I’ve kind of developed a real creepy look with it that I’m sort of enjoying.”
