“Days of Our Lives” fans have seen a lot of changes over the past month. Viewers have said goodbye to several characters, and the exits are quite over yet. However, there have been some new additions as well. The Peacock soap opera has opted to age two legacy characters. Now, fans are watching Nicole and Daniel’s daughter Holly and Brady and Theresa’s son Tate stir up trouble in Salem. However, they may be more trouble than fans could have imagined.
Days of Our Lives script leak reveals a new life or death storyline
According to an alleged new “Days of Our Lives” script leak, a shocking new storyline will soon unfold in Salem. Sadly, the heartbreaking plot will involve both of the newly aged legacy characters, Tate and Holly. TV Season Spoilers reports that Holly will find herself fighting for her life after she suffers from a drug overdose.
It’s obvious that Holly has grown up to be one wild child. Of course, this isn’t shocking to “Days of Our Lives” fans who know that her mother, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), has also had her share of shocking and wild moments in Salem. However, it looks like drugs could play a big part in Holly’s life. She’s already been seen asking Tate for marijuana in the park, so it’s not surprising that she would find herself in trouble with a dangerous substance.
Holly Jonas has had a turbulent young life
Holly may have a wild streak that comes naturally, thanks to her mother. However, her childhood trauma might also play a role in her behavior. Viewers may remember that Holly’s father, Dr. Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian), was tragically killed in a drunk driving accident before she was even born. Later, Nicole married the man who was driving the car that killed Daniel, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). This made her father’s killer her stepdad.
Holly’s life also started off rocky when Chloe Lane carried her as a surrogate. She didn’t tell Nicole that she was pregnant with her and Daniel’s child. Instead, Nicole found out after Holly was born. Chloe and Nicole then fought for custody of the little girl. Ultimately, Nicole was reunited with her daughter.
Tate Black is also a wild child
Meanwhile, it looks like Tate Black will be involved in the drama as well. It’s unclear if Tate will also be doing drugs. However, what is clear is that Tate is also a trouble maker. Much like his own mother, Theresa Donovan (Jen Lilley/Emily O’Brien), Tate also has a rebellious streak. “Days of Our Lives” fans are likely in for some big drama when it comes to the new young Salem duo, and it will be worth the watch!
