“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that there is about to be some major drama surrounding an adoption. At the moment, there is plenty of baby storylines happening in Salem. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) recently gave birth to Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) baby. However, she’s keeping that information from Xander and claiming that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) is the baby’s father. Meanwhile, Nicole Walker (Ariane Zucker) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) are also tangled up in tons of drama.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Adoption storyline will likely take a heartbreaking turn
Recently, Sloan found out that Nicole was pregnant with Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) child. However, she rigged results to prove EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) was the father. To compensate for keeping Eric away from his baby, Sloan got pregnant. She thought she would give Eric the child he always wanted. Sadly, Sloan lost the baby. However, she’s not done scheming. She now wants to adopt a child with Eric. Of course, this is going to lead to something shocking.
“Days of Our Lives” spoilers suggest that Sloan’s adoption plot will get even more sinister. Sloan will seemingly stop at nothing to have a child with Eric. So, if she can get her hands on Nicole’s child to raise as her own, she’s going to do it.
Will Nicole and Eric suffer yet another baby disaster?
Nicole and Eric both have a long history of having heartbreaking luck with children and pregnancies. Nicole has suffered the loss of multiple pregnancies. She’s also been part of a baby swap in the past. Nicole faked a pregnancy during one of her early marriages to EJ. She found a pregnant teen named Mia who agreed to let her adopt her baby. Nicole then swapped that baby with Ej and Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) daughter, Sidney. Eric has also had tragedy in his life. He and Sarah’s daughter, Mickey, died shortly after birth.
There have been plenty of baby swaps in Salem. Hope Brady and Lexie Carver, Kristen DiMera and Theresa Donovan, and others have all been involved in shocking baby storylines together. However, Nicole and Sloan’s adoption drama would be a surprising twist that is sure to blow up in Sloan’s face.
Many “Days of Our Lives” fans would love to see Nicole and Eric get back together and raise a child. Both of them deserve to have a happy, healthy family. However, the scandal is never ending in Salem. So before they can have a happy ending, there is sure to be so much more drama in store.
