“Days of Our Lives” is going hard this winter. Spoilers for the soap opera reveal so many juicy storylines to come, and fans will certainly be taken on an emotional roller coaster ride through it all. Amid the dramatic storylines, there will be three shocking deaths that are sure to have viewers in tears while watching the characters say their final goodbyes to their loved ones.
Just when fans thought that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) were out of the woods and recovering from the deadly toxin that they were exposed to at the hands of Orpheus, things will go from bad to worse. “Days of Our Lives” viewers know that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) held Marlena, Kayla, and Kate’s fate in her hands as the owner of the rare orchid that produces the cure for the women’s toxic exposure.
Days of Our Lives Deaths Will Rock Salem This Winter
However, this winter, someone will steal Kristen’s orchid, leaving the three women vulnerable. In the latest promo for the show’s upcoming episodes, it’s revealed that the trio will take their final breaths as they say goodbye to their families and friends. Their deaths will be heartbreaking to say the least. However, it seems that fans won’t have seen the last of the characters. In true “Days of Our Lives” fashion, it looks like Marlena, Kayla, and Kate will all go into the afterlife together, and wherever they end up, they’ll be in for a big surprise.
All three women are no strangers to death. Marlena has been presumed dead many times over the years, while Kate was nearly dead before being resurrected by “Days of Our Lives'” evil genius, Dr. Rolf. Kayla also has plenty of experience with death as a doctor. In addition, her husband, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) has been presumed dead in the past.
Another Heartbreaking Death Is Likely Coming As Well
While it seems pretty safe to believe that the women will be back in Salem in the future, this storyline should be full of emotion, drama, adventure, and more for viewers to enjoy. Meanwhile, there are a lot of other big things that are set to happen on “Days of Our Lives” this winter, including saying goodbye to another beloved character, Victor Kiriakis. Actor John Aniston sadly passed away on November 11, 2022 and his final episodes will air over the next two months, per Yahoo. It’s likely that Victor will also pass away on-screen as well like many other “Days of Our Lives” characters have following the passing of the actors who portrayed them on screen.
Fans won’t’ want to miss a minute of “Days of Our Lives” this winter, as it’s sure to be some of the best episodes to air on Peacock yet.
