Days of our Lives spoilers reveal that a shocking turn of events is about to take place in Salem, and that JJ Deveraux will be at the center of the stunning storyline.

According to the latest Days of our Lives spoilers, JJ can not end his guilt over shooting Theo Carver. As many DOOL fans know, JJ believed Theo to be an armed and dangerous criminal and when Theo did not comply with JJ’s police orders, JJ fired a shot at him. JJ hit Theo and nearly ended his life. Theo has been in a coma ever since the shooting, with his friends and family members gathered around him sitting vigil at his bedside.

Meanwhile, JJ’s life is falling apart. He and his girlfriend, Lani, who also happens to be Theo’s older sister, have split, and things are about to go from bad to worse. Days of our Lives viewers will watch as JJ’s guilt becomes so unbearable for him that he actually decides that ending his life may be the only answer he has. Sadly, it looks like JJ may attempt to commit suicide, but that one special person may be able to save his life.

Days of our Lives viewers already know that JJ’s late father, Jack Deveraux, has returned in spirit form in the past to help out family members. Now it seems that he’ll be appearing to his son. Jack’s spirit will break through and reach JJ on a deep level, and seeing his father will hopefully be enough to stop JJ from taking his life, and wait to see how Theo’s condition plays out.

JJ is in a very dark place right now, and he could use someone who understands where he is coming from, and is willing to do anything to help him crawl out of the hole he’s put himself into. Although Jack is gone, he is not forgotten and he may be the perfect person for JJ to connect with during the dark days of our his life.

Days of our Lives airs weekeday afternoons on NBC. Check your local listings for details.
