“Days of Our Lives” fans on Wednesday as Chad and Serena’s playful and friendly encounter turned violent. A drunken Chad got a little too handsy with Serena, prompting her to slap him at Club TBD in front of a lot of witnesses, including Clyde Weston.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Clyde Framing Chad Up For Murder?
As reported by the Inquisitr, “Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Serena Mason is the first victim of Salem’s new murder mystery plot, and Chad could be the main suspect. Chad will reportedly awake from a black out after drinking himself into oblivion and hear the news that Eric found Serena’s lifeless body.
Of course, Chad will question what exactly happened the night before, but we’re thinking it’s very unlikely for Chad to be Salem’s latest homicidal maniac. This leaves a number of options, namely Clyde Weston, who was there to witness Chad and Serena’s little scene. He not only has a past with Serena, but would love for Chad DiMera to be out of the picture in his son Ben’s life.
Ben and Chad’s ex-girlfriend, Abigail Deveraux, are not only engaged, but expecting a baby, a baby that is most likely Chad DiMera’s and Clyde knows this. So, if he can get rid of Serena and Chad in one swoop, then why not? We all know Clyde is shady and has been linked to Sonny Kiriakis’ stabbing as well as EJ DiMera’s murder. He’s the perfect suspect, right?
