Dr. Dre was handcuffed and detained by police outside of his Malibu home after an alleged road rage incident. TMZ reports that Dre had a very weird encounter with a man who was blocking his driveway, and the police were called.
Dr. Dre Handcuffed By Police After Road Rage Incident
Sources reveal that driver of the car had pulled off Pacific Coast Highway and stopped right in front of Dr. Dre’s home. When Dre asked the man to move he obliged, but yelled profanity at the rapper/producer as he did so.
Dr. Dre reportedly pulled into his driveway, but the man continued screaming at him. So, Dre pulled out his cell phone to record a video of the man.

The website reports that after doing so, the motorist said, “Here we go again, another black guy with a gun,” and called 911 to report that someone had pulled a gun on him.
Police responded to the call and put Dr. Dre in handcuffs to search him for a weapon. They reportedly found no gun, and let the mogul go. However, the man insisted on making a citizen’s arrest, and filled out a report detailing his account of the incident. The paperwork will be forwarded to the District Attorney, who will decide whether or not there is a case against Dr. Dre. (We’re guessing there is not.)
