It has been a long time since the Lyon family have graced our TV screens and now “Empire” is finally back for the mid-season premiere. Fans are excited to see what the second half of the season has in store, and we’ve got some new spoilers for tonight’s all new episode.
‘Empire’ Spoilers:What To Expect In The Mid-Season Premiere
According to Wet-Paint, the “Empire” Season Season 2 mid-season premiere should be a very dramatic, and heartbreaking one. After the mid-season finale’s shocking turn of events that impacted the entire Lyon family there are sure to be plenty of OMG moments during tonight’s episode.
Let’s start off with Rhonda’s horrific fall. Andre’s very pregnant wife was shoved down the stairs at her home and judging from the photos and promos we’ve already seen it seems that the baby sadly didn’t live through the fall, but we’re hopeful that Rhonda is still alive.
Secondly, Lucious Lyon has lost his company thanks to Mimi and that awful Camilla basically stole it out from under his nose. Lucious will stop at nothing to get Empire back, and we’ve seen the lengths he’s gone to in the past for the business, which seems to mean more to him that anything in the world.
FoxWill Hakeem Go Against His Family To Run Empire?
Meanwhile, Cookie will have her own way of dealing with the Empire take over, and it will come in the form of trying to get Hakeem in line. Now that Camilla is back in the picture it’s safe to say she’ll be after what she’s always wanted from the beginning, Hakeem and making him a star while she’s by his side.
Unfortunately, it looks like Hakeem may have plans of his own and they include becoming Empire’s CEO, which Camilla could easily help him with if she wanted to, but we’re sure that Jamal may have something to say to his baby brother about that one.
