Farrah Abraham has turned down a plea deal in the battery and resisting police case stemming from her arrest on June 13 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Radar Online reports that Farrah Abraham continues to claim she is innocent of all charges. Farrah would have had a chance to get the charges dropped had she taken the plea deal, however, the former “Teen Mom OG” star is ready to fight claiming she was “targeted” because she is a celebrity.

Farrah Abraham looking determined as she stepped into the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles early Monday morning for her arraignment. The prosecuting attorney was all ready to make a plea deal, which dropped the battery charge down to a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Had Farrah agreed to the deal she would have received three years probation, 26-classes for anger management along with a few hours of community service, fees and fines. She would also have to agree to steer clear of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Since Farrah Abraham quickly refused the deal, she was ordered to return to court an early disposition conference on September 21. Abraham still has time until then to accept the plea deal, but her lawyer, Tiffany Travillion states that she has no plans at this time to take the agreement.

“She was clearly allowed and permitted into the hotel so there is no reason to agree to that,” Travillion told Radar exclusively.

“I’m not accepting the offer because I’m not guilty,” Abraham said. “I have gone through a lot of counseling and therapy. I am also very mentally stable and I have no aggressive issues. I can literally submit that to my lawyer, show that to the judge and it would still override this.

She continued, “I clearly had a valet and I was not trespassing. I didn’t batter someone. This is just, to me, another form of, again, ‘No celebrity face, there would be no case.”

If convicted, Abraham could be sentenced to a maximum of 18 months in jail. Which as previously reported is just what her mom Debra Danielsen believes would be best,

Danielsen claims she is outraged by the way her 9-year-old granddaughter Sophia Abraham is being raised and has stated she is considering taking Farrah to court to pursue full custody of her grandchild.
