The “Fifty Shades of Grey” sequel movie “Fifty Shades Darker” has been delayed…again, and fans are not happy. Is Christian Grey himself, Jamie Dornan, to blame?
‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ Sequel Delayed
According to Master Herald, filming for “Fifty Shades Darker” was supposed to start in Vancouver earlier this month, but has been delayed again. This time only by a week, but fans are worried with all the delays that there could be some serious problems with the second film in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” franchise.
It seems that “Fifty Shades Darker” may be a hot mess right now. The report suggests that the fact that Jamie Dornan’s wife is pregnant again could have something to do with delay. There have also been rumors that Jamie’s wife is jealous and doesn’t like his very steamy sex scenes.

Meanwhile, the film has yet to cast three major roles. Elena, aka Mrs. Robinson, Leila Williams, and Jack Hyde are not currently locked down which could be another major reason “Fifty Shades Darker” has not started filming yet.
Currently, the movie is set to premiere in theaters on February 10, 2017, two years after the original film, “Fifty Shades of Grey.” In the meantime, author E.L. James released the book “Grey,” a re-telling of her original novel through the point of view of Christian Grey, which fans loved. Perhaps she’ll re-tell “Fifty Shades Darker” as well while we wait for the movie’s release for more than a year.
