If the storyline continues to play out, Anna may even figure out that Charlotte is behind the other attacks in Port Charles.

Halloween in Port Charles will offer some fun moments as well
“General Hospital” viewers won’t see all doom and gloom this Halloween. There will be some cute moments, which include Sam and Scout, Nina and Carly with Wylie, Avery, Michael, and Sonny with Donna, per Soap Hub.
Port Charles’ cute kids will get into the Halloween spirit as Scout will be dressed as a scarecrow. Meanwhile, Wiley and Luke will dress in matching “Star Wars” themed costumes as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. Avery will show off her mermaid costume, and Donna will wear a rag doll costume. While Nina and Carly will be there together to watch the kids have some fun. However, Michael will be there to ensure that he keeps the two women in line. In addition, Josslyn will get a spook when she opens her door to see Spencer dressed in a costume.
Fans will also see Ned Quartermaine have a huge breakthrough when it comes to his memory loss, per Soap Dirt. The fan-favorite character will remember being on the Brooklyn Bridge during his wedding day to Lois. It will be impossible for Ned to deny that he feels a connection to Lois after the flash of his past.
