Port Charles’ cute kids will get into the Halloween spirit as Scout will be dressed as a scarecrow. Meanwhile, Wiley and Luke will dress in matching “Star Wars” themed costumes as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. Avery will show off her mermaid costume, and Donna will wear a rag doll costume. While Nina and Carly will be there together to watch the kids have some fun. However, Michael will be there to ensure that he keeps the two women in line. In addition, Josslyn will get a spook when she opens her door to see Spencer dressed in a costume.
Fans will also see Ned Quartermaine have a huge breakthrough when it comes to his memory loss, per Soap Dirt. The fan-favorite character will remember being on the Brooklyn Bridge during his wedding day to Lois.
