E! Reality TV couple experience more heartbreak
Giuliana and Bill Rancic are heartbroken after the surrogate mother carrying their child has miscarried.
The shocking, and sad news has sent Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s world into complete turmoil both personally and professionally on the set of the couple’s current reality series.
The Rancic’s current reality television series revolves around Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s efforts in having a second child.
“It’s something that we didn’t see coming,” Bill tells People. “We were devastated.”
In 2012 Giuliana and Bill welcomed the arrival of their son duke via surrogate Delphine.
The Rancic’s surrogate was nine weeks along in the pregnancy when the shocking miscarriage occurred.
Bill Rancic stated,
“Delphine is amazing. We hit the surrogate lottery when we met her. Obviously this was no fault of hers.
“It’s a double sadness because we didn’t want her to feel bad. And Giuliana was rather distraught at first, but she’s tough. In times like this we rely on our faith. Once the tears went away we started to look towards the future.”
The Rancics continue in effort to expand family
Giuliana and Bill Rancic reveal that they will continue on with their efforts to expand their family.
“We’re fighters. Hopefully we’re going to have good news and Delphine will be on board one more time, stated Rancic.
“We’ve had to battle it out and that’s something that we’re going to continue to do,” he says.
