TJ Holmes is showing off his new ink. The former “Good Morning America” anchor shared a photo of his new tattoo, which also happens to have a strong link to his girlfriend and former co-anchor Amy Robach.
GMA’s TJ Holmes sports new tattoo with connection to Amy Robach
This week, TJ Holmes took to Instagram to share a photo of his bicep, which was sporting some new ink. The tattoo was a thin line that showed the exact route that he ran during the New York City Marathon. The length was an impressive 26.2 miles, which he completed with his girlfriend, former “Good Morning America” anchor Amy Robach.
In addition to Holmes’ marathon route, he also had the distance tattooed on his arm, as well as the dates from his two NYC marathon runs in 2022 and 2023.
Inside Holmes and Robach’s scandalous relationship beginings
As many fans will remember, TJ Holmes and Amy Robach exited “Good Morning America” after their secret relationship caused a scandal at the morning news program. At the time, fans were under the impression that both Holmes and Robach were married.
They eventually announced that their relationship has started in the summer of 2022, shortly after they both split from their spouses. The pair later left the jobs as “GMA” anchors and later went officially public with their relationship.
“The two have a special bond that has been evident to staff for years,” a source told ET at the time. “So it’s not surprising a relationship has formed, but it is shocking that it has come to light in this way.”

TJ Holmes and Amy Robach have a brand new business venture together
Despite leaving “Good Morning America” and enduring media headlines about their relationship, TJ Holmes and Amy Robach haven’t slowed down. The couple are living their best lives and have even decided to start a new business venture together.
Former ABC morning show hosts, Holmes and Robach announced their they were creating a new podcast together, which fans will be able to listen to in December.
“How’s this for Instagram official? #silentnomore 🎤” Holmes and Robach said in a joint Instagram post. In a promotional photo for the podcast, Holmes is seen standing behind Robach with his arm wrapped around her shoulder. For her part, she reaches up and places her hand on his arm. The two are both smiling brightly in the snap, looking very much like a happy couple.
TJ Holmes and Amy Robach’s podcast, titled “Amy & TJ” is set to premiere on December 5.
