Not only has she led an exciting and successful life as an actress, but she has also endured some pretty creepy encounters throughout her life with aliens. Goldie Hawn recently opened up about her alien encounters, detailing what she experienced.
During her recent appearance on Apple Fitness’ Time to Walk, she opened up about her fascination with extraterrestrials. She eagerly admits that she has always had a fascination with aliens.
Goldie Hawn, 20 at the time, reveals that after a night of dancing in the West California Desert, she decided to sleep in a friend’s car until they were ready to leave the following day. This is when she reveals the encounter took place.
“I got this high-pitched sound in my ear. It was this high, high frequency. And I looked out the window, and I saw these two or three triangular-shaped heads,” Hawn recounts. She adds that they were “silver” and they had a “slash for a mouth,” a “tiny little nose” and “no ears.”
Goldie Hawn – Than, One Alien Encounter
During her first encounter, Goldie Hawn states the aliens did not stay long. Hawn says she “burst out of the paralysis state she was in. She describes it saying it was like busting away from a “force field.”
Years later, she states she spoke with an astrophysicist who had been looking into alien encounters and outer space. Headquartered at the University of Champaign, Illinois, the questions he asked seemed to bring forth the memories that she had buried.
“It was kind of like regression therapy or something. I am, like, almost in a trance. And suddenly, I remembered something,” she continued. “They touched my face. They touched my face, and it felt like the finger of God…It was the most benevolent, loving feeling. This was powerful. It was filled with light.”
The Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In alum says she also had a secondary encounter in London, “I don’t want to know everything,” she adds. “We cut ourselves off from a lot of things if we’re continuing to deny something that we have no proof over. There’s a lot of things in this world that we can’t see, but we can’t stop believing.”
Kate Hudson Shares Ghostly Encounter With Her Mom, Goldie Hawn
As if Goldie Hawn’s alien encounter was not enough to go through in one lifetime, she has also encountered some strange paranormal happenings with her daughter, actress Kate Hudson. In 2014, Kate spoke out on the Alan Carr Show about her supernatural experiences.
“It is not really seeing [a ghost]; it is feeling a spirit. A fifth energy. I believe in energy,” she said. “I believe our brains can manifest into visual things. When you see something, you are supposed to tell the energy what year it is and that they don’t belong there. Then your brain is freaking out on you; you may have to remind it.”

HND reported in September that Goldie Hawn announced that she planned to tell her life story before she died. No need to worry; the actress assures her fans she is healthy and feeling well. However, she accepts that her time on earth will end at some point.
So before that day comes, she wants to make sure her stories are told her way. Her memoir will touch on all the subjects her fans want to know. Goldie says she is ready to reveal the intimate details of her 40-plus-year love affair with partner Kurt Russell. She will also get into the details of her broken marriages, her obsession with plastic surgery, and much more.
“Getting older is a fact of life. By living mindfully, you understand that there are many transitions in life. You just go through them, states Hawn. Goldie is looking forward to writing her memoirs. She has a lot of stories to share and wants to make sure she tells them in her own words.
